Spend a day in the meditative, spontaneous world of mosaics! We will begin with an approx. 4x8 glass tile and collage papers as a base-yes, papers! Using photocopies of old photographs, colorful papers, photocopies of your own previous art, wallpapers, etc. we will create a base and cover with glass mosaics. You will learn basic preparation, adhesives, use of hand tools, gold/silver foils, and grouting techniques.
